Breda Murphy Restaurant in Whalley has made it into the latest edition of one of the UK’s most comprehensive restaurant guides.
Harden’s Best UK Restaurants 2017, known as the ‘gastro bible’ and now in its 26th year, curates reviews of the UK’s most notable restaurants. This year, 7,500 people were surveyed and contributed to 60,000 reviews nationally.
Restaurants are judged by food, service, ambiance and price. Reviewers rated the dining experience at Breda Murphy Restaurant as ‘exceptional’ and comments include: ‘you’ll find everything on the menu from fine dining to delicatessens’ and ‘the place to spend time when the sun shines down on the Ribble Valley’.
Owner, Breda Murphy, said: “This accolade is particularly pleasing because diners themselves have helped create the listing.
“We are committed to our customers and the new-look restaurant, deli and gin bar adds real value to the overall dining experience. There’s no doubt our high levels of service coupled with delicious British and Irish dishes will continue to impress.”
Breda Murphy has been delighting visitors with modern British cuisine since 2006. The menus are inspired by Breda’s home region of County Carlow and Lancashire’s Ribble Valley.
