Pinot Grigio is considered the symbol of Italian white wine in the UK. With the bulk of wines coming from the Vento and exhibiting an unambitious uniformity, Quindi stands as a cut above the norm. Hailing instead from the region of Pavia, where an increase in altitude provides a seam of freshness and added complexity.

Tasting Note

Delightfully crisp with a kaleidoscope of citrus fruit on the nose. Green apples and pears come to the fore on the palate. A superb all-rounder to pair with many Italian classics.
